1. polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

Classification: PVC can be divided into PVC hard board, PVC soft board (coil) PVC hollow board and PVC foam board

PVC soft plate (coil) used in chemical industry, electroplating, electrolytic tank, acid-base tank lining, insulation layer, train, car interior and auxiliary materials.

PVC foam board is widely used in advertising panels, mounting panels, silk screen, carving, etc

2. Polyethylene (PE)

Polyethylene board is PE board, which has excellent industrial corrosion resistance and wear resistance. According to different processes, it can be divided into high molecular polyethylene and ultra-high molecular polyethylene, which are widely used in industrial anti-corrosion and wear-resistant fields and life such as fish tanks, pools, sewage tanks, carriage slippery soil plates, coal bunker liners, etc.

3. Polypropylene (PP)

Polypropylene board, also known as PP board, is a semi-crystalline material. It is harder than PE and has a higher melting point.

Used in corrosion-resistant equipment, environmental protection equipment, sewage, industrial waste gas equipment, purification tower, clean room, semiconductor material factory and related industrial production equipment, but also the production of plastic water tank raw materials, in which PP thick plate is widely used in stamping die plate, high-speed punching pad, etc. Pure PP plate relative density is small, easy welding and production processing, with excellent chemical resistance, temperature resistance. Key colors are milky white, micro-color, other colors can also be customized according to customer requirements. Application scope: corrosion resistant equipment.
